Hot Honey

That's right- we hopped on the trend train and made our own take on the simple but wonderful hot honey. We collaborated with our local MN pals at Bolton Bees & Honey, and they supplied the honey so we could infuse it with fresh habaneros and arbol chiles. Our slight addition of apple cider vinegar helps prevent the honey from crystallizing, makes it a bit more syrupy for easy application, and gives an extra little health boost!
