Shipping & Ordering
*Due to the current situation of the Covid-19 virus, we offer to personally deliver to you if you are within the Twin Cities metro area for a flat rate of $5. This offer will be determined at our own discretion, and is subject to our personal availability.
Under our current operating license, WE CANNOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF MINNESOTA. We are currently working on our commercial business license so we can start shipping nationwide, but until we acquire this license, we legally cannot. (As much as we'd love to!). If you place an order from outside of MN, we will not fulfill your order.
We are a small operation, and all of our sauces are made in small batches and may be in limited supply. For larger/bulk orders, please understand additional time may be needed for us to fulfill the order, and we will work as fast as possible to do so!
Packaging may vary, but we will always do our best to ensure your orders are packaged safely and securely.
Damages & Returns
Unless defective or damaged in transit, we do not accept returns of hot sauce.
However, we do understand that accidents happen! If your order arrives damaged in any way, please let us know at email@example.com and we'll try to resolve the issue.
A picture of the damaged item(s) is required.
If an item of clothing you have received ends up being the wrong size or does not meet your standards, give us a shout and we'll work with you to make it right!
