Jack's Jerk

This stuff won us a 1st Place award in a fruit-based sauce competition with Great North Sauce Makers!
 
For this delectable offering, we took fresh-cut pineapple slices, soaked them in rum overnight, grilled them, and then blended them with some scotch bonnet peppers and tropical spices to make a Jamaican jerk style sauce. Higher heat level with an almost dessert-like flavor!
